A structured trip where the training is real and the rest of the vacation actually feels like a vacation. You train Muay Thai with Sean and a hand picked team, eat great food, explore the area and come home with a skill that sticks. Depending on the trip it runs anywhere from 2 nights (the New Paltz weekend) to 11 nights (the Thailand flagship).

Sessions are about 90 minutes each, usually 1 or 2 a day. The rest of the time is built around whatever makes the destination worth driving/flying to: hikes, waterfalls, beaches, boat trips and long meals with your coach and/or teammates.

Wide range. We've had people who'd never thrown a punch before standing next to folks with 10 years of gym time. That's kind of the point. Classes are built to challenge whoever shows up, with drills and partner work that scale to your level. You'll never be asked to do something you're not comfortable with.

Yes. Plenty of guests come with zero experience. Sean and the team have spent years teaching complete beginners proper technique from day 1. You'll pick things up faster than you think, and you'll be surrounded by other people who came to learn. Nobody cares it's your first week.

We regularly have guests in their 50s and 60s on these trips. More often than not they're the ones with the most energy at dinner. You move at your own pace. Skip a session if you need to, jump back in when you're ready. There's plenty to do if you sit one out.

Plus, your coaches are experts at customizing your workouts and drills to your experience level. Trust that whatever your coach throws at you, you'll be able to handle.

Your $500 deposit is non refundable but it's not lost. It carries forward as a credit toward any Muay Thai Vacation within 365 days of your original trip date.

For the rest of your payment: cancel outside 60 days of the start date and we refund it in full. Inside 60 days there's no refund on that balance, though your deposit credit still applies.
