Sean "Muay Thai Guy" Fagan
The man, the myth... the Muay Thai Guy!
A retired pro Muay Thai fighter and coach, as well as the owner and operator of Muay Thai Guy, Sean has been immersed in the Muay Thai scene for more than a decade.
Originally from a small town called New Paltz in upstate NY, Sean began his training under JJ Russo, owner of Stockade Muay Thai in Kingston, NY. Since discovering Muay Thai at the tail-end of a boxing career, Sean has since competed in over 30 fights. He's won two amateur championships (one with a broken arm), fought on national Thai TV, competed on Lion Fight, and won a title at Madison Square Garden.
When not coaching others or training himself, Sean spends time at his New Paltz home with his wife Liz, their son Theo, and their dogs Suay and Tilly.

Throughout his time living in Thailand, Jake completely immersed himself in the Thai style of training and learned from world-class fighters and trainers in the Mecca of the sport. Coming home feeling inspired and invigorated, Jake is excited to continue to pass on the extensive knowledge he has acquired.
Whether you are brand new to the sport or are an experienced Nak Muay, Jake’s coaching style ensures that you will learn something new about yourself and the art of Muay Thai.
Growing up as a competitive dancer and a nationally-ranked black belt in Taekwondo, Brynn found Muay Thai after graduating college and has been training and competing ever since.
She's spent two of the last three years living and training throughout Thailand, immersing herself in the Thai culture and becoming a more elite Muay Thai practitioner.
Throughout her martial arts journey, Brynn has coached children, helped run women’s self-defense clinics, sparred and trained with professional fighters, and is continuing to compete and build her amateur fight record.
She is deeply passionate about the empowerment that comes through Muay Thai and is eager to help others foster their relationship with the sport and with themselves.
